Sextant "Coteaux Bourguignons" #PinotnoirGamais
19,50 €
15 days of maceration. Gamay 65%, Pinot Noir 35%. Please don't call it entry level wine, because i've seen grapes falling to the ground and crying, when they heard.
Perfect for greasy fishes or aperitifs. Pleasantly juicy and fruity.
Year: 2020
Degree: 11.0%
Region: Burgundy
Ideal for: the dynamic Burgundy lovers

Julien Altaber, born in Auvergne, grew up in Mâconnais, in southern Burgundy.
He naturally moved towards viticulture at the age of 16 and continued his training in a large house of wine merchants in Beaune.
In 2002 he harvested together with Dominique Derain in Saint-Aubin, which finally prompted him in 2007 to purchase his first Pinot Noir grapes.
Without any equipment, he uses Dominique's infrastructure to make his first cuvée. In 2015, after a phase of equipment and acquisition, he owns half a hectare of vineyard.
