Sextant "Bourgogne Rouge La Fleure au verre" #Pinotnoir

Ginza, in Tokyo, Japan, there is one of the most iconic buildings of the city: it is the Nakagin Capsule Tower, characterized by a series of concrete cubes arranged one above the other in an asymmetrical way, with porthole windows which make it look like a stack of giant washing machines. Avantguard, it was the architectural wave called "metabolysm". Buildings adapting to human needs. Sligthly different philosophy for Julien: humans adapting to nature needs. The result, an elegant and authentic pinot noir. Berries and spices that call the terroir, they scream it!

Julien Altaber, born in Auvergne, grew up in Mâconnais, in southern Burgundy.
He naturally moved towards viticulture at the age of 16 and continued his training in a large house of wine merchants in Beaune.
In 2002 he harvested together with Dominique Derain in Saint-Aubin, which finally prompted him in 2007 to purchase his first Pinot Noir grapes.
Without any equipment, he uses Dominique's infrastructure to make his first cuvée. In 2015, after a phase of equipment and acquisition, he owns half a hectare of vineyard.
