Saying Podere Cipolla is to say Denny Bini, a man that does magic with his 3 hectares on the hills of Reggio Emilia. Lambrusco Grasparossa, Malvasia, Spergola and Malbo Gentile are his favorite characters.
Every year, in June, together with other local producers, he organizes a true party that tastes refermented: Emilia sur lie.
