Producer: Piana dei Castelli
The vineyards of the Ceracchi family, led by the young Matteo, cover an area of approx. 12 municipalities.
The wines are transplanted into volcanic soils, where basalt and tuff have the role of speeding up the maturation and giving the wine sapidity and freshness.
“Despite” the degree in oenology at the San Michele all’Adige, Matteo abandoned the technologies to offer his autoctonous grapes a natural viticulture.
