Maurer "Furmint 2020" #furmint
7,40 € - 7,90 €
14,00 €
White or orange? Let’s do both! Short maceration and barrel aging for 60% of the grapes. Then everything mixed together.
A ripe and fresh wine, with notes of yellow apple, apricot and grapefruit. It seems the description of a chenin, but it’s furmint baby!
A couple of notes on this wine: 1) Do not forget to flip the bottle upside down before serving. It’s full of sediment and it would be a pity to leave them all alone until the last glass of wine; 2) The label seems to have been drawn by a 6 years old kid… ops, that’s the case!
