Welschriesling grape. A sort of Italian Riesling with small clusters and raisins. A bit of vanilla, cotton candy, citrus and apricots. The vines are 50 years old and the grapes very ripe when harvested mid-October, before aging for 14 months in 60+ years old barrels.

In the country, Oszkar Maurer is considered the father of the natural wine movement. 4 generations of winemakers, native varieties of grapes, unique connection with nature and history and the oldest Kadarka vines in the world (1880).
The 15 ha of land are distributed in two different wine regions, Subotica and Fruska Gora, a 500 million years old formation made of volcanic bedrock and covered with marine sediments.
