This time Brda is correct and it is the slovenian side of the Collio goriziano, no vowels are missed in the spelling.

Kmetija Štekar ( Štekar's Farm) is an historical wine maker in the slovenian Collio. Five hectares of vineyard for a abed and breakfast overwhelmed by the sorrounding nature. Janko and Tamara produce authentic and artisanal wines. Organic in the vineyard, banned any use of chinics in the cellar. The terroir is free to express itself, by spontaneus fermentations and minimum intervention.
The war cry here is: "Long live the macerations".
