Col di Corte "Vigneto di Tobia" #verdicchio
16,00 €
The Simpsons teach us that the link between Homer and monkeys is the Apeis Stupidius. Or maybe a donut by Dunkin' donuts. The Verdicchio by Col di Corte, in the same way, is the missing link between the conventional wines and the natural ones. Biodynamic,
indigenous yeasts, extremely clean and perfect for 'emerging' palates.
Sapid and fresh. A plate of spaghetti with sea urchins.
Year: 2018
Degree: 14%
Region: Marche
Ideal for: Who starts drinking natural wine

Producer: Col di Corte
Montecarotto. Ancona provence. North bank of the Esino river. Homeland of Verdicchio.
The lands around this area are clayey and calcareous, a characteristic that gives wines frankness and structure.
Since 2012, four friends have taken over the existing Laurentina winery and introduced biological and (bio)dynamic treatments.
The result is a hymn to the craftsmanship of the Marche region.
