Banostor village, northern slopes of Fruska Gora, overlooking the Danube. A soil made of rocks from almost all geological eras with dominance of combisol and vertisol (clay) and presence of volcanic rocks, limestone and marl. An area that used to be an island during the Pannonian Sea era and the birthplace of Roman emperors.
Djordje is a wine passionate civil engineer, owner of 8ha vineyards that are organically treated with a low intervention philosophy by the hand of Oszkar Maurer, the father of the natural wine movement in Serbia. The result is a few thousands bottles of wines, experiencing short macerations, rich in fruity notes, dry sweetness and light acidity.
